I called for service on a leaking pipe underneath my sink at 9:15AM and the problem was fixed by 10:30AM. Mason was fast, friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this service again.

I requested a plumber for a clogged toilet, and I was able to make an appointment for the next day, and the plumber came within the first 30 minutes of the time window the company gave me.. which was great! He was very professional and courteous. He explained the potential problems and the 3 phases of treatment and the fees associated, and gave me the choice with what the next step was to take. I understood what the problem was and was able to make an intelligent decision based on the information that the rep gave me. Job was completed in about 30 minutes! I would recommend them to anyone!!

We had service this morning to clear the main drain. The rep was punctual, neat and friendly. I really appreciated the explanation of estimate. He also gave excellent explanations of work needed at each step. Extremely pleased with the excellent service, professionalism and fair price. Highly recommended.

I called Interstate Plumbing this morning because I had a toilet that was leaking and I needed a pedestal sink installed in our bathroom. Mason was out by 9:30, explained all the options and what needed to be done. He did a wonderful job and was finished in a timely manner. This is the best service I have ever experienced from any company. I would use them again for any of our plumbing needs. We are extremely happy with the excellent quality of work and professionalism.

I called Interstate based on the reviews I read on this website and was very happy with the service. I had a clogged main drain line (due to tree roots) and was given an appointment from 9:30 - 11:00 AM. Macon arrived at 9:30 and was very professional and courteous. He explained what he intended to do, and wrote up an estimate. I immediately said "yes" and he began working on the job. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I was very happy with the service and the price. I will be calling these guys again with any plumbing needs I have.
